Cancellation/No-Show Policy

We ask that if you need to cancel your appointment you do it 24 hours in advance. If you cancel same day or do not show up for your scheduled appointment you will be charged half the cost of the booked appointment.

    When you arrive please call (612) 822-1250 or text (612) 445-4704 before you enter the salon to be sure your stylist is ready for you.

We will continue to have you wash your hands before starting your appointment.
